The Bearspaw Community Association is looking for a TEAM LEAD for our 2025 Summer Day Camp program for 6-12 year olds. Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator, the Team Lead is responsible for planning and leading the other counsellors and campers in the daily activities of the camp, including crafts, sports, and games. Additional responsibilities include helping with other events and day to day operations, the completion of administrative duties if required, and maintaining smooth, cooperative, and professional relations with staff, campers, and parents at all times. Ideally, you are at least 18 years of age and have previous experience working with children. Police background check completed, or willing to provide by the start of employment. CPR certified, or willing to certify by the start of employment. This is a full time, summer contract position. Hourly Rate: $21. Our camp runs daily from 9AM - 4PM, from July7 – August 29, 2025. The team Lead must be available to work all 8 weeks.
