Get ready to experience the magic of the season at our Annual Bearspaw Christmas Market! Whether you’re interested in becoming a part of the experience, sponsoring an event, or showcasing your talents, there’s something for everyone. We rely on the generosity of donations and volunteers to bring this festive event to life, and we’d love your support!

Vendor applications will open in the spring. Due to high demand and limited spaces, please note we can’t guarantee placements.

2025 Vendor Application Details

APPLICATION DEADLINE:

All market applications are open from March 15th and closes on August 31st. Apply early to secure a spot, as some categories sell out quickly. We will be limiting the number of spaces for each category. Booth assignments will be made between 
June 1st - September 1st. You will receive an email notification within two weeks after submitting your application, confirming your status.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

The completeness of your application is an important factor in the selection process. Acceptance is NOT guaranteed until your acceptance email has been sent
and full payment received. Full payment  will be required within 30 days, booths
will be ‘released’ if payment is not received by then. For all information please read 2025 Market Vendor Rules & Regulations.

 

PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

  • Completed VENDOR APPLICATION FORM 

  • 5 digital images of your product(s), saved at 300 dpi no bigger than 1MB each, that best represent the work you plan to sell.

  • One image of yourself working at your craft or your market booth

  • Company online presence address and full link to your facebook/instagram page or website. 

Make sure to submit all required materials to ensure your application is considered.

 

ELIGIBILTY:

ALL APPLICANTS WILL GO THROUGH A JURY PROCESS, with considerations for acceptance based on originality, marketability, quality, uniqueness. Commercial dealers/agents, kits, Commercial produced products will not be permitted.

PRICING PER WEEKEND:

General Booth – $350/weekend

Wall/Power Booth – $400/weekend

 

NOTE: $50 discount for total amount if booking both weekends, approximate booth sizes - 9ft x 5ft
